Plumbing System Inspection
- Check proper function of all plumbing fixtures
- Check water pressure
- Check condition of water and sewer lines where accessible
- Check natural gas/propane connections with electronic leak detector where accessible
- Check proper operation of water heater and safety controls

Electrical System Inspection
- Check electrical panel breakers, wiring, and terminals
- Check grounding and bonding systems
- Check receptacle and switch systems
- Check light fixture functionality
- Visible Inspect crawlspace and attic
- Check electrical disconnects
- Inspect smoke and carbon monoxide system
- Check for whole-home surge protection

HVAC System Inspection
- Clean exterior coil in the spring
- Clean condensation spring
- Examine and check wiring and safety controls
- Inspect interior evaporator coils (if accessible)
- Check motor and compressor amperage draw
- Check for conditional air leakage at the air handler/furnace
- Check natural gas/propane connections with electronic leak detector where accessible
- Examine furnace exhaust flues whre accessible
- Examine ductwork condition where accessible
- Change customer supplied air filters at inspection time
